FGS Bonn A1413, a Type 702 Berlin Class replenishment tanker of the German Navy, is seen leaving Devonport Naval Base at Plymouth Hoe on 9th September 2018. Originally designed for use with the German Navy, the Type 702 is now also shared by the Royal Canadian Navy (the Protecteur class), and with a displacement of 20,240 tonnes are designed to carry fuel, provisions, ammunition and other materials, along with medical services. Three vessels (out of a projected class of five) are in use with the German navy and are powered by two MAN Diesel 12V 32/40 diesel-engines, which generate 5,340 kW each which give her a top speed of 20 knots, each ship has a range of almost 10,000 miles and can remain at sea for up to 45 days at a time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKPu2mLGEX4
