HMS Diamond D34
HMS Diamond D34 is a Royal Navy Type 45 'Daring' Class Destroyer, and we see her with four of her six sisters at Portsmouth Naval Base on 15th July 2017. Launched in November 2007, she was commissioned into the fleet on 6th May 2011, displaces 8400 tons and is powered by twin Rolls-Royce WR-21 gas turbines which generate 28,800 shp combined with two Wärtsilä 12V200 diesel generators, and is able to reach speeds in excess of 30 knots or 35mph.
RFA Diligence A132
RFA Diligence A132 is a Forward Repair Ship of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary and we see Diligence following laying-up at Portsmouth Naval Base on 15th July 2017. Formerly the MV Stena Inspector, she was completed in 1981 by Oesundsvarvet and served in the Falklands War in 1982 as a support ship. Following the Falklands, she was purchased for the RFA / RN and was laid-up in 2016. With a displacement of 10,595 tons she carried a RFA / RN crew of 140 and is currently at Portsmouth pending possible future sale. With HMS Illustrious, HMS Plymouth and HMS Onyx now scrapped, she is one of the few vessels to remain from the Falklands War.

HMS Medway P223
The Royal Navy's newest warship - HMS Medway P223, a Batch II 'River' Class Patrol Vessel is seen berthed alongside Portsmouth Naval Base (viewed from a warship tour) on 21st July 2019. Construction began at Govan Shipyard on the Clyde in June 2015 and she completed her sea trials in December 2018 before being commissioned into the fleet on 5th March 2019. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufOIfmyb504

HMS Queen Elizabeth R08
9 years in the planning, HMS Queen Elizabeth R08 is here at last! Ordered in 2008, construction of the first of the Royal Navy's two 'Queen Elizabeth' class super-carriers began at Rosyth on 7th July 2009, with her being launched by Her Majesty the Queen on 17th July 2014. HMS Queen Elizabeth began sea trials in June 2017, and finally entered her new home of Portsmouth for the first time on 16th August 2017. Filmed just two days after her arrival in Portsmouth, we see the 65,000 ton super-carrier alongside the purpose built Princess Royal Jetty at Portsmouth Naval Base. Surely now, Britannia once again rules the waves!
