HMS Blazer P279, an Archer class Royal Navy P2000 Coastal Training Craft, leaves Portsmouth Naval Base on 10th December 2018. HMS Dasher P280
One of the Royal Navy's smaller vessels, HMS Dasher P280 is a P2000 Class Coastal Training Craft which forms the First Patrol Boat Squadron, with HMS Dasher being attached to Bristol University's Royal Naval Unit under the overall responsibility of Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth. Used to train high calibre undergraduates, these vessels have a displacement of 54 tonnes, are 20 metres long and can reach a speed of 20 knots, and we see Dasher as she enters Devonport Naval Base at Devil's Point Steps on 16th March 2017.

At just 54 tons and at less than 67"0' in length, HMS Dasher P280 is one of the smallest commissioned ships in the Royal Navy. HMS Puncher P291
One of the smallest types of ship in the Royal Navy are the Coastal Training Craft P2000 Class, which comprise 14 vessels, have a displacement of 54 tonnes and are some 20 metres long with a top speed of 20 knots, with their primary role is to support the University Royal Naval Units and have a complement of 5 with enough accomadation for up to 12 undergraduates. HMS Puncher P291 is normally based in London, and we see HMS Puncher off the South Coast at Bournemouth, during the Bournemouth Air Show on 30th August 2014.

HMS Smiter P272 is assigned to Oxford University RNU, and we see HMS Smiter off the South Coast at Bournemouth, during the Bournemouth Air Show on 30th August 2014.
